The Road

I read The Road by Cormac McCarthy.  I read it in a day and it was intense.  It was emotional and sad and a lot of other things.  I watched the movie a few days after I finished the book and I thought it was a great match to the book.  Myles said he did not like the movie, he watched the whole thing and I think he found it a little disturbing, which it is.  I would recommend the book and the movie, but be prepared for sadness, it is moving and the relationship in the book is so inspirational.
