Granola Recipe


You need:


3 1/2 cups old fashion oats
3/4 cup almonds
1/2-3/4 cup honey
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbs cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs warm water
optional ingredients: dried fruit, chocolate chips/candy pieces, coconut, sunflower seeds, whatever you can think of


1. Mix together all of these ingredients except the candy and fruit
2. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake for an hour or so at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes and when you take it out

3. Let it cool a bit then mix in the extra ingredients (I added banana chips and mini M&M's, but I love putting in candy/chocolate coated sunflower seeds if I can find them.)
